I see work units available according to status page,

the scheduler tag in main page is:

<!--
<scheduler>https://www.scilinc.org/SciLINC_cgi/cgi </scheduler>

-->

put this "https://www.scilinc.org/SciLINC_cgi/cgi" in your browser and you get 403 forbidden.

where if you put in a scheduler that is accessible you would get something like:
<scheduler_reply>
<scheduler_version>511</scheduler_version>
<master_url>https://www.scilinc.org/SciLINC_cgi/cgi</master_url>
<request_delay>31.000000</request_delay>
<message priority="low">Incomplete request received. </message>
<project_name>SciLINC</project_name>
</scheduler_reply>

I guess they are testing or do not want help ???

See news message on the home page:

news message on the home page wrote:

Some internal tests are being run. So, the scheduler is temporarily unavailable to those on the Internet. This may cause some access denied messages to show up in your BOINC manager.

Yes, but then they posted in the cafe forum "...so expect to see some work units by the weekend." And that was on June 27th.

And these WUs in the queue didn't show up until July 8th.

We expect to release SciLINC back into full production this week. We're in the final stages of testing results from our project and plan to start sending new work units en masse by the end of the week. We will also be accepting new participants at that time. Thanks to all for your continued support as we work out these final few bugs. -Chris, Project Manager

Great news! Will it be more of the same kind of stuff before, where there were many small jobs? Or will this be something different?

I doubt it. Perhaps they'll be distributing work again by the end of the week. Not sure which week though...
